Refund policy

Customer service is our top priority, and we hope that every order exceeds any expectations. If not, We accept returns for 14 days after the shipment date. All merchandise must be unworn, damage free, and have all original tags. 

For ALL Returns/Exchanges: 

Please send an e-mail to returns@jordankross.com with the following:
- Name, Date, Order Number, Item(s) being Returned, Item(s) being Exchanged. 

Sale items may only be exchanged for store credit.(no refunds). Your credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card equal to your purchase subtotal before taxes/fees. Gift cards will be sent to the email address attached to the customer profile.

Return packages must be shipped prepaid by the customer using a trackable mail service such as FedEx or UPS. 

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase minus shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the requirements above.
